Mucus and You Tube

It's Bikes for Ghana II today but I'm sick as (MAAAA8?) with a sinus infection. I've got toilet paper stuck up my nose to try and stop the mucus flow, but it keeps popping out when I sneeze. Here's a guy climbing all over his bike like a weasel down your trousers.
